We will be to the party on the 12th. :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:
I know I read this somewhere & I thought I wrote it down but it must be lost in all my notes.
Could someone tell me some of the best places to watch the fireworks.
Thanks guys!

Dh and I had a really good spot last year. We were on the bridge bewteen the Mad Tea Party area and the hub. Directly in front of the rose garden. The view was wonderful. The special effects on the castle were very visible from here and you really felt like you were right in the middle of the fireworks.

We always end up to the front right of the castle, near the rose gardens. Okay spot. I want to try at the train station. The lights dim so I bet the view would be great. Also, people say the view from behind is just as good.

Thanks guys for the info. I appreciate it. I am trying to get together last minute stuff for our trip. I can't wait!!!! It is our first time at WDW during the holidays.
Thanks again!

Wishes played twice on the MVMCP nights- regular wishes and holiday wishes. We watched the regular wishes from the Main St, near the Coke shop and we watched Holiday Wishes right in front of the castle. Both views were spectucular!!!! but I liked right in front of the castle the best.

I also have watched wishes from the bridge to Tomorrowland too.

Have a great time--!

Same place as watching Wishes any other time: right on main street, between the Edie's Ice Cream Parlor and Casey's. Can't beat it.

I'm assuming regular wishes will be at th posted 6pm but can you tell me what time is Holiday wishes - 9pm?

Thanks. I don't remember ever getting to see Wishes at all so I wasn't sure. Last time we were there was in 2001 and I don't remember getting to see it then.

A couple of weeks ago, we were standing by the bridge to Liberty Square. A CM, maintenance, said follow me I'll show you where to stand. This was just as the fireworks were starting. He took us just steps away from the entrance to the Crystal Palace. My Goodness!! What a spot! It was like a postcard

That's about where we were last December. It WAS a wonderful spot!! :goodvibes

Our favorite place to watch Wishes, or Holiday Wishes, is standing on the bridge to Tomorrowland, facing the castle. :goodvibes

Thanks guys. Appreciate you letting me know some of the better spots to view it.

Just before you reach the Hub from Main St. there is a bridge and the street elevation rises up a little. Its the highest point (By FL standards :rotfl: just a foot or two) on Main ST. and there are no trees or buildings around to block your view.
