We are staying at the GF and wondering where the best spot to view Wishes would be. Our suite is in Sugarloaf, I'm pretty sure it is facing the marina and not the castle.

That night we have a PS at Liberty Tree Tavern, should I change it to Narcoosee's for a view of the fireworks? We have 4 small kids, I'm worried about getting stuck in a huge crush of people if we view them from the Magic Kingdom.

Any advice would be appreciated-thanks!

It was before Wishes (1999) but we had a great view of the fireworks from the marina area (outside by the docks, not from the room). Ask at the front desk if they pipe in the music anywhere. I'm not sure that you can see it from inside Narcoosees, never ate there. To fully enjoy it, you need to hear the music and narration. If you want to see it from MK, stand in the Town Square area and then you can exit before the crowds. Or watch it closer to the castle and then wait a few minutes while the crowds exit.

Here's the deal...If you have not seen wishes before, I would suggest staying at the MK. There are great places to see the show, including the Bridge between the Hub of Main Street and Tomorrowland. If you feel that this is really not a good option because of your kids, Narcoosee's is really the best bet. To get the real Wishes Experience, you need to hear the music, and Narcoosee's is the best place for that.

I'd keep your PS at LTT. I think the kids would really enjoy seeing the characters. Wishes is definitely best viewed from the park. Will you be seeing Spectromagic also? Ideally if you have dinner and are able to watch the parade in Liberty Square, that's perfect. When you exit the area to see the fireworks, follow the path right next to LTT, keeping the restaurant on your right. This will avoid all of the crowds around the castle area. Follow the path and it will lead you right to the Crystal Palace and you'll come out near Casey's. If you're concerned about crowds, you should probably just stay put in this area to watch, or make your way down to the flagpole at the beginning of Main Street. Once it's over, make your way to the exit, staying on the right hand side and either take the monorail, or if you're lucky, the resort boat will be waiting there for you.

As an FYI, you're room in Sugar Loaf will be looking out over the marina and facing the Sago Cay building, but if you're on your balcony and look out towards the right, you might still be able to see some of the fireworks.
