best place to purchase MYW?

As Canadians, where have you found the best prices for MYW tickets (keeping in mind exchange rate, taxes, shipping, etc.)? I'm looking for the base tickets 5-7 days.

Do you collect airmiles? You can trade in airmiles for base tickets for 5 or 7 days - go to www.airmiles.ca and enter Disney tickets in the search field.

We got ours at ticketmania.com. The savings is with the exchange rate on our $$ being pretty good. I had checked the local travel agent for a quote in canadian prices , then I got the exchange on the CAN. $$ at the bank so when I looked up prices at ticketmania I could compare. The day I ordered them I saved 150.$ CAN. It was worth it, the service is great. I received them within 7 days including a weekend.

When I was looking at the pricing a couple months back, I concluded that the savings on MYW passes of 7 days or less was fairly tiny when compared to the WDW advance purchase price. So, we bought in advance directly from WDW though the CRO and had it linked up with our room reservations. However, if you were interested in a 10-day non-expiring MYW passes, I think you can save quite a bit from sources such as Ticketmania and Maple Leaf Tickets.

We also redeemed Air Miles to get some of our tickets. We redeemed points to get 7 day base tickets and upgraded them to add the hopping feature once we got to the resort. The resort then coded these tickets onto our room keys at our request.

If you want to use MYW Dining then you have to buy your tickets through Disney. The savings from using the dining may outweigh any potential discounts on the tickets.
