Best place to order shirts?

hi!
im so excited 7 more weeks until i go to disney with my extended family! i'm hoping to make matching shirts for everyone but i was wondering what the cheapest way to do it would be sense there are 20 of us. should i buy shirts then iron on designs or should i order shirts with the design. how much does the iron on paper go for? and where would be the best place to buy shirts with or without the design? thanks for all the help!

I use shirts from jiffyshirts.com and transfers from printonit.com and have been very pleased with both. Good prices and good quality. I personally haven't seen any preprinted shirts that are a good deal.

I bought over 60 shiirts from various places including:
Jiffyshirts.com
shirtsupplier.com (I liked the quality of these better than jiffyshirts)
Wal-mart (when I was in a pinch & didn't have time to order from shirtsupplier)
Dollar Tree (who could resist at $1 each?!)

When I had a large # to make of the same color (18 shirts), I bulk ordered from jiffy & shirtsupplier.

Bought 90% of my paper from hp.com; they were having a buy 2 get 1 free w/free overnight shipping included. I bought 1 pack of Avery - didn't care for them as much but I was in a pinch and could get them at a local store.
