Best place to have a steak?

My DF is a simple meat & potatoes type guy (military, what can you expect!) & I wanted to know where is the best place at WDW & the resorts to have a great steak dinner.

Concourse steakhouse in the contemporary is good and so is Shulas but Shulas was a bit pricey.
