best place to get snowglobes

in WDW would they be cheaper at DTD or are they all priced the same? I keep hearing DTD is cheaper but have not noticed a difference really. I want to get the snowglobe with Capt Hooks ship that has all the PP characters on it.. It was like between $65-$85 when I saw it at POR in March I cant remember the exact price.

I have always found them to be the exact same price where ever I go. There's a princess one I saw this past weekend at WDW that I really want. They had a lot of them at the World of Disney in DTD.

I too think they are all about the same price and the selection at The World Of Disney is huge.

You could have heard DTD was cheaper because AP holders get a 10% discount at the World of Disney. There are some items that aren't discounted though, such as videos. I think AAA members may get 10% too.

Not sure if you have a car and want to invest the time, but my MIL lives locally and goes to the flea markets. She gets most of the current snow globes at a dramatically discounted price. She's got well over 100 snow globes, which my DD5 pointed out needed dusting.

I don't know who is selling them but they are the same ones from WDW usually still with the Disney price tag on the bottom.

I realize that your question refers to WDW, however, I thought that I would add www.disneydeals.com.

Right now they have a large selection. One of the ones that I am bidding on I saw at WDW in 2004 and wanted it but didn't buy it. Retail is around 68.00 and they are going for around 25.00. These snowglobes are the same ones that were for sale at WDW.

S&H is usually around 8.00

In the past we've gotten them from MK, but this last trip we had the AAA diamond discount card and used it at World of Disney in DTD. Saved a bit of money...
