Best place to do Fl Ticket Exchange

Last year, we purchased FL resident tickets. We provided proof of residency at the Guest Services center at Disney Springs, the new one. While in the Marketplace, I noticed that one was still open and was aggravated, because we spent a lot of time at the other location waiting. I looked to see if the original Guest Services in the Marketplace section was still open but can't find it on a current Disney Springs map. Is it now closed? If so, is there anywhere else on property besides theme parks or the TTC where I can do this ticket exchange? This is something we were hoping to do on a non-park day but wanted to avoid the craziness of the Disney Springs office, but I'll go there if I have to, trying to aim more towards a weekday instead of weekend this time for best results.

1. Closed.
2. Go to one of the Water Parks. Parking is free and close, and likely not too busy.

Besides at any Guest Relations, this can be done at any ticket booth as well as any Will Call window.

I think possibly guest services at the hotel could do it?
Good point, but we're staying off-property. :)

Great info, thanks! Didn't think of the water parks. I also did just see that there is no parking for day guests to a resort hotel, so maybe we'll just visit a resort.
