Best place to buy RER/Metro tickets for Paris??

I've read the recent threads about what tickets we (me plus family of 4 adults and 2 teens) need to use to visit Paris from DLP.

I believe we each need 2 Origine Destination tickets per day (total 28 for 2 days). We will also need a carnet for our metro use while in Paris. I'll figure out how many carnets we need to purchase once we are there.

Now I need to know where is the best place to purchase the tickets? Is it possible to do this online?

Just in case you're wondering, here's our plan:

1 June - Arrive at CDG, take Ezyshuttle to hotel (Hotel Lysee Val d' Europe for 1 night followed by 3 nights at Sequoia Lodge)

2 June - Visit Paris

3 June - Visit Paris

4 June - Visit DLP

5 June - back to CDG with Ezyshuttle

Any help is appreciated!

You will buy them at the station at Val d'Europe at the same time as you buy your ticket to go from Val d'Europe to Marne La Vallée - Chessy Parc Disney the 2nd morning

You could always buy a Mobilis zone 1-5 at 15.65¬ for that second day as it would cover the journey from VdE to MLV (1.80¬ pp) the 2 Origine Destination MLV - Paris - MLV (11.68¬ pp if you buy a carnet) and save you having a 3rd set of tickets for Paris itself. If you are using more than 1 single metro/bus ticket it's worth it :)

For the 2nd day you'd just buy a carnet of 10 Origine Destination MLV-Paris at 58.40¬ + 4 extra tickets at 7.30¬ per ticket and a Paris zone 1-2 carnet of Ticket T at 13.30¬

These tickets are not sold on line as the RATP would rather you buy the more expensive Paris Visite :rolleyes2

I posted this in another post, but to make it quick, we were in Paris two weeks ago and did a 5-zone Navigo pass which worked well (and you need the five zone pass to get from the center of Paris to Disneyland Paris!). I think we spent about 60 Euro for the pass, but on the bright side, we get to keep it and just recharge it for about 45 when we decide to return.....and the pass makes for a great souvineer!

60€ pp for 2 days travel is a lot of money when you are 5 ;)

Though I totally agree that if you are there a week (Mon-Sun) and commuting everyday from zone5 to zone 1 it's worth it.

Otherwise there are better solutions
