What have been your experiences with best place in the parks for the best sandwiches? We love them and want to do a counter service that is recommended. Thanks!
We love the sandwiches at The Plaza; we also enjoyed our sandwiches at Cosmic Rays--DH had the turkey wrap and I had the barbecued pork with eclipse chips--our new favorite counter service.
I have to agree, Earl of Sandwich @ DTD does have the best sandwiches, but as for the parks, we had the turkey foccacia sandwich at Starring Rolls @ DHS and it was fabulous, better than expected! They also have a black forest ham one. We had a great pulled pork sandwich @ Flame Tree BBQ in AK that was good. I always hear good things about the sandwiches @ Columbia Harbour House in the MK.
In the parks, the best I've found is Columbia Harbor House in MK. Their sandwiches have enough meat on them to share. My favorite is to order the vegetarian chili and half a sandwich.
As others have said, Earl of Sandwich does have the best anywhere on property.
We love Kona for sandwiches & burgers....They usually have their version of a salmon BLT which is really good as well as a turkey, avocado that is tasty!
Gasparillas at GF served some lovely sandwiches last year, sitting outside next to the marina looking at the castle is a great place to eat them and a little away from the parks if you want a quiet break.
