Flame Tree BBQ. We ate there on our last trip and they were AWESOME. Not overly loaded with sauce but tastey and sausce on the side worked well for us.

I think the ribs at Flametree rate right up there but the ribs at the Whispering Canyon Cafe, WL, is the best. St. Louis style with the sauce on the side. Mmm I'm ready for some now!

I was going to try the Flametree BBQ last year but we went during Memorial Day weekend. There was a huge lineup so we decided to skip it. I'm definetly going to give them a try this trip Can you use the AK meal certificates there? I hope to do HOB at least twice too...

How are the ribs at the Cape May clambake?

Fireworks Factory had the best, but alas FF is no more. I really wouldn't get ribs at WDW.

The ribs at Cape May weren't too bad when we went. They were a little tough and chewy but I like them that way. The barbecued chicken was better IMO.
