I agree! I just told DH that we have to go there for a No Way Jose on our next trip. To get to Beaches and Cream, take a break while at EPCOT and walk over to the Beach Club through the International Gateway. You can also take the boat/walk from MGM. Worth the trip!
I can't agree more that Beaches and Cream is a great place for ice cream. The "No Way Jose" is excellent and I'm making it a point to get one when we go down in September.
And if you have a larger party why not try the "Kitchen Sink"!!
Disney serves Edy's (Dryers) Ice Cream. Its a decent quality grocery store ice cream, but if you are looking for small shop ice cream, you won't find it on property.
Giradelli's is better quality ice cream - it still isn't great ice cream.
The sundaes at Ghiradelli's tend to be a little nut filled (I'm sure you could take them off) and less creative than the ones at B&C, if you are going for the toppings and not the ice cream. However, B&C toppings are grocery store toppings, you can make the No Way Jose pretty easily at home.
