Best place for fireworks and snow?

So, I read that the holiday fireworks include snow in some parts of the park. We're only going to have one fireworks night (Sunday, November 25) and my girls love fake snowfall (we're from Tucson and it hasn't snowed at our house since 2007). Where should we stand for fireworks to make sure the girls are in one of the snow areas?

Thanks!

I was wondering the same thing. Hopefully somebody will have an answer for us!

I think Main Street is my favorite spot for the holiday fireworks. Yes, it's obviously the most packed area to watch but you will also get to see the Glow With The Show ears in action, have a perfect view of the castle, and feel all the joy of those around you!

My answer changes depending on if the fireworks are more important or the snow.

For fireworks, the best spot is the hub, right in front of the castle with the second best spot being along Main Street, closer to the hub. As long as you can see the whole castle, you should have a good view of the fireworks. Both of those places will also have snow with Main Street seeming to be a little better than the hub.

For snow, the best place we have found is along the Small World mall area (where the princesses are now). The snow machines seem to be hit or miss around the hub. You can see it coming down, but it doesn't seem to cover the whole area. But near Small World, there was tons of snow and people were getting covered in it. It made for some cute pictures where it really did look like it was snowing. The fireworks are not as good from this location though.

Note though that these snow reports are from the last few years so they may have moved machines around, etc, for this year.

I think we'll watch by IASW. We really want to see the snow! We're from Phoenix, and snow is really rare for us. Thanks for the suggestions!

We stood by IASW and there was tons of snow and you could see the fireworks just fine. Much, much less crowded then Main Street.

We will only have one night for Fantasmic! and fireworks - what's our best bet? Will we be able to see well enough from the Fantasmic location (fireworks at least, it's ok if we miss the snow since we're from MN and won't be missing it if you know what I mean)? If not, will there be time to get to a better viewing location and what would be the best plan of action for where to head and the route to get there?
