just looking for some ideas on where to have chrismas dinner. any info would be appreciated. thanks.

....it depends whether you want to do "fancy" or not....Liberty Tavern is a great place (complete with dressed-up characters!) or you could try for ressies at Cindy's Castle. Another, less formal setting would be at Whispering Canyon, where you can check out the wonderful decorations in the WL lobby....

(BTW ~ Sayreville....not too far from me in Bergen County!)

thanks for the quick response. we would like to do "fancy" although liberty tree tavern would probaly be nice.
i actually live in Monroe Township now. (still close to Bergen County!)

Weve never done WDW over the holdidays so I dont know how this will work out, but heres our plan
Christmas Eve-dinner at Le Cellier(CP package)
Christmas Morning-late breakfast after EE at Chef Mickeys(we always have a big breakfast on Christmas morning, so we are trying to keep with tradition).
We plan to spend the rest of the day resort hopping to avoid the crowds and check out the decorations. Assuming we wont be too hungry for the rest of the day we will try to get into ESPN or Beaches & Cream for a burger/small meal type of thing. Our back up plan if there is too long of a wait is to just pick up something at a food court or counter service restaurant, wherever we may be.
DH recently threw me for a loop suggesting we try to get Cindys for Christmas morning, but since I doubt that will happen, Im planning on Chef Mickeys. :D
