Best place for an anniversary dinner?

Hi, my husband and I will be visiting Universal for a long weekend in March for our anniversary. He has never been there and the last time I was there was 1991!

I haven't decided where are staying yet, but I do want to stay on-site. Any suggestions for a good anniversary dinner? Thanks!

I LOVE Emeril's Tchoup Chop at the Royal Pacific Hotel. It would make a great place for an anniversary dinner.

We love the Royal Pacific. It is more laid back than the Hard Rock and is still VERY convenient as far as getting to the parks. We like walking to the parks. We stayed in Tower One at the end of the hall right by the stairway that led out to the walking path. I could walk to City Walk in about six minutes. From there it's a short walk to either IOA or US. Of cousre, you could always take the water taxi to City Walk.
We also thought the pool at the RPR was very relaxing and just loved the "island" feel of the hotel.

Another TC vote. They were very attentive because my wife told them it was my birthday. Anniversary - they will make it special.
