DTD: Fulton's has a nice bar with a view. People tend to forget about the bar. We also visit RR
BW:We usually hit the ESPN and River Grille.
BC: Crew Cup and they've just renovated the pool bar, "Hurricane Hanna"

Agree with River Roost and Ragland Road. If you want to sit, relax and people watch Crockett's Tavern in Fort Wilderness followed by a carriage ride makes for a nice quiet adult evening.

When I stay on property and go out in the evening for a few drinks I prefer to drink in one of the resort bars.

My favorites are Raglan Road and Hole in the Wall at DTD, but I've also enjoyed Big River Grill & Brew Works at the Boardwalk, Rose & Crown at Epcot, and the courtyard outside Sommerfest in Epcot, which has easy access to various German beers and wines at the stands.
