Hello again,

We usually drive over to DLP so all this Eurostar malarkey is new to us, can you recommend places to park near St Pancras for the length of our trip Sunday - Thursday?

TIA:thumbsup2

It's not a cheap area to park, there is an NCP car park at St Pancras, last time I used it the charges were £6 per hour and the 24 hour rate was £36.

I've also used Euro Parking, who are based at Heathrow Airport Terminal 3. They charged £48 for the week. After leaving the car at Heathrow, jump on the tube at Terminal 3 (Piccadilly Line) and go stright to St Pancras. It is a £5 tube fare and takes about 50 mins.

Apparently there's an NCP car park near St Pancras but at £36 per day my advice would be unless you have absolutely no choice don't bring a car into Central London! Not only will you have to pay horrific car parking fees there's the congestion charge to take into account and the fact that driving in the city is a massive pain in the bum. Here's a guide to local car parks and charges for in case you absolutely have to park there.

You might be better booking trains and a cheap travelodge for the night before and then night you return, especially if you get a family and friends railcard, it can save you quite a bit. £36 a day is nuts!!
