Best park to visit on a wed morning in aug?

I know that most people sugest avoiding EMH parks (which would be epcot on wed)...so which park would be the best choice? Any thoughts?

MGM,we have visited it many time's on a Wed. morning early,I mean 30 to 45 minutes before opening.Had a great time seemed like it was 2 1/2 hour's before we noticed anything like a crowd.We were finished touring by mid afternoon,would go back to resort for a little rest and cold ice tea.Then go spend the evening at Epcot and catch Illumination's.
