Best park on a Sunday?

We are arriving on Saturday 6/17 so Sunday will be our first park day (staying off site). Which park is generally least crowded on Sunday or would Sea World be better? Appreciate all opinions

We are thinking MGM or MK?? Which one between the two is best?
