Best Park for a Saturday?

We'll be back in WDW May 31 - June 4 and are expecting crowds to be not that bad as most schools should still be in session and Gay Days aren't until the next weekend. Since most schools are not out yet, I'm assuming that means the "off-season rule" applies - weekends are worse than weekdays due to local traffic.

My question - since we have to hit at least 1 park on Saturday, which one is likely to be least crowded on that day? MGM has EE that day, so I would assume that would be one to avoid, but not sure of the others.

Any help greatly appreciated...

From personal experience, I'd have to agree. Also, MGM wasn't too bad for Saturday - at least not the early part of the day. Good luck!

Sorry that was ANIMAL KINGDOM! not MGM...:o Mental glitch!

We were there in early June 2002 and visited Epcot on Saturday and Sunday--it was not crowded at all. However the FP's for TT were gone before 11:00 every day and the stand-by line was well over an hour:eek: If TT is on your "to do" list head there first thing in the morning. Have fun:D

I agree, I've always found Epcot to be good on Saturday. School groups hit Epcot during the week in the spring.

Another vote for Epcot; we hit Epcot on the first Saturday during our trip. No crowds whatsoever, except when exiting after Illuminations. We never saw a long wait for Test Track, and the pavilions were all walk through.

Our second Saturday we went to the MK and it was plenty busy by 11:00 or so. Long lines for all of the major attractions. We are considering going back this fall, and I may do AK on Saturday, since we will only go for 4 days and I don't think I want to devote a day to Epcot this time. I would avoid MGM and MK for sure. Have fun!!!!!!!!!!!

So are you guys all saying that MGM should be avoided on Saturday even for people staying on-site that want to utilize early entry? I thought we'd do that and just leave at 11:00 am or so, is that not a good idea?

This works if your group is ok with leaving a park and I assume going to another one - we did this with MK one day and it worked but DW and DS were very cooperative with the plan

Thanks
Jason
