Best Park for a Conference Ticket

Hey Friends!

I am heading to a conference in January and my hubby is tagging along. We have been to WDW before with our kids. We'll be going to Epcot the day before my conference but found out we'll have an evening off and a specially priced ticket to get in a park later in the day.

The question is which one and why? We love ALL the parks. We've never been to Batuu so HS seems like a winner, but I doubt we'd be able to do RotR which makes me sad. FoP is our favourite ride overall and we love MK. So basically, help us decide.

I would pick the park open the latest so you get the most bang for your buck.

Are you only doing a single day conference ticket? Most will have options to do longer tickets...

We will do a full day at Epcot ahead of the conference, and are heading out on DCL following the conference, so I need a half-day park. Too many options!
