Best Outlet Shopping?

Hi everyone!!

We are headed for our first ever trip in 3 weeks woo hoo!!

The day after we arrive we have hired a car and plan on doing some shopping. Get it out of the way before we hit the parks big time!!

So, I would love to know what places we should go to? Which if the outlets has the best disney store? Is the Florida Mall good? We of course have to check out Walmart!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

The Premium Outlets are the best. There are two of them. One on exit 75A (International Drive) - this is closest to Universal. The other is exit 68 (Vineland Ave) - this is closest to WDW. Here's the website for both of them.

As a self confessed shopping hater, I can only manage Premium Outlets or I go doolally!!

I go in about 5 shops before I have to leave .. how my sisters manage to shop all day is quite beyond me!

One of the shops I HAVE to visit is the Disney Character Warehouse though .. bargain Disney gear including cruise line stuff too!

Does anyone know if the outlet stores take Disney Gift Cards? I was thinking that might be easier than bringing cash but I don't want to put too much money on the card and then not be able to use it! Thanks!

One of the shops I HAVE to visit is the Disney Character Warehouse though .. bargain Disney gear including cruise line stuff too!

Where is this located ? I think I got this store confused with character connection shop, that I asked about a few days ago.

Last I was there they did (Oct. 2010). I can't see any reason for that to change.
