My inlaws have been in charge of booking the holiday so far (I can't even begin to describe how stressful it is for me!! I have been in charge of booking NOTHING!!! And it will be there first time at The World.) we are going to be purchasing our park tickets this afternoon. We are flying BA on 31st March 2013 and staying at POR for 10 nights.

What are the best options for Disney park tickets and where is the best website to get them from? I have never booked separately before, always through a travel agent, I am worried we will go for tickets from a dodgy website and they will never arrive

On the plus side I have decided to take charge of ADRs... I will have some control over this holiday.... :hyper:

Are you wanting Ultimate tickets? (include water parks, park hopping, Disney Quest) these will cost about £252, popular site here https://www.orlandoattractions.com/tickets/ticket/viewType/82/82

You can save a little by buying the 10 day MYW at around £200-210pp but none of the above included, just the 4 parks, 1 park per day.

Just checked direct with Disney same price and you get 2% Quidco http://wdtc.disneyinternational.com/Select-Tickets.asp

I would expect into the new year prices from sites like Orlando attractions to drop slightly, once they have finished selling this years. They are usually a few £'s cheaper than Disney direct.

your best options is to buy 14 days ultimate tickets for WDTC-UK or other UK ticket resellers.

you'll probably argue that you only need 10 days.
well, 14 days ultimate are at the same price as a 7 day premium.
they include the hopper option and the water park option ($50pp a day gate price)
so if you intend to do more than one park in one day or have a bit of flexibility, that's the way to go.
You mentionned booking ADRs, the hopper option will allow you not to be tied down to a single park all day just because you have an ADR there.

and on top of that, you get to pay for those tix in sterling pound instead of US dollars hence possibly avoiding bank fees for foreign currency purchase (if it applies)

I have used American Attractions - they cost £250 per adult for 2013 for a 14 day Ultimate ticket - and they give £5 off order if booked through the website. They send real tickets within 14 days of purchase.
Never had a problem with them. I have checked all the usual websites and they are the cheapest.
