So here's a problem you don't hear much of... We're on the DxDDP but we have so many signatures booked that we're going to be short on credits for the last day plan I'd originally had in mind! It is possible that the credits will work out, because there's one meal where some sharing is likely, but only just barely and I don't want to count on that. I don't like having every credit accounted for - we're too likely to want to fill in a gap between meals or satisfy a late-night craving with a shared meal here or there.
The obvious solution is to cancel our lunch ADR at The Boathouse on our check-out day, because that's the signature we're least attached to, and replace it with a one-credit choice. But which one?

Since we're driving and leaving on a weekday, I'd like to be on the road well before rush hour so I don't want to stick around Disney long enough for even an earliest-possible dinner seating.
