Best offsite resort closest to WDW?

We're staying at Lighthouse Key Resort next month in a 3 bed/bath for 5 adults/1 child.
They do also have 2 bed/bath.
All are full condos with kitchen, living/dining area, washer/dryer etc.
I think you could do it in your budget if it is a 2 bedroom you're seeking.

Regarding Bonnet Creek.....how is the transportation to/from the parks?

We currently have two rooms booked at POR but a 1 or 2 bedroom at Bonnet Creek is very appealing. My main concern would be transportation, we will have a car but generally use it for grocery store runs and to go to Downtown Disney, we like the Disney buses for everything else.

Any thoughts?

We stayed at Bonnet Creek last December for 11 nights and loved it. We had a car but can honestly say that there always seemed to be a shuttle bus arriving or leaving every time we were down at reception. They posted a timetable and there were loads of buses so I would definitley not let the non WDW shuttle put you off. It took us less than 3 minutes to get to Hollywood Studios, it really is that close. We also booked with Ken Price who was great.

I have also been researching condo type hotels and for the money (currently $159 a night for a 3 bdrm) and the reviews I am leaning towards the Floridays. They look really nice and close to major theme park area. They have a website you could check out for more details. Unsure of how to do a link though.

We had two AMAZING stays at Caribe Royale in their two bedroom villas. They were wonderful and we will definitely be returning. Every Wednesday their website offers great deals. This past week I think it was 30% off the 2 br. They are GREAT and close to disney. They offer shuttles as well.
