Best Mother's Day restaurant for family

Hi! It looks like we'll be there for our first family vacation to WDW during Mother's Day. DH said I can pick where I would like to eat, but don't know much about the restaurants.

What is the best restaurant for this special meal with the whole family?
I'm not sure if I would do brunch or what, but that's usually what we have at home.
