Best Moderate for adults?!!?

I am definitely with the CSR group. It's funny how we all have such big differences in opinion. Since there is only one pool and the resort is small(POFQ) I felt like the place was crawling with kids. I am surprised the pool bar at CSR closes at 6:00? Are you sure? I know the pool and hot tub is open late. There are several bar options that I know are open late. Also, the hot tub is by far the biggest of all the mods. The buses have never been crowded. I believe that is because the conventioneers are too busy during the day and don't go to the parks.

I've stayed at POR and CSR...CSR hands-down is a better choice for adults only. Less kids, so romantic, only moderate with a spa and nightclub, great hot tub, buses are soo much better than POR as are the dining options (Pepper Market food court and Maya Gril).

The plus about POR/POFQ resorts is that you have a boat ride to DTD. You can drink and stay out as late as you want.

Have you considered swan/dolphin? Great location: its right at the boardwalk/jellyrolls, walking distance to both Epcot & HS.

I have a PIN code for the Disney resorts that I am booked under so the Swan/Dolphin would be a lot more expensive.

The boat to DTD is actually a draw to POFQ as we will be going there several times.

Those that stay at CSR. Do you take the buses to DTD? I've heard it can take a LONG time!

While CSR is our favorite mod, considering what you are looking for, I would go with POFQ like many others here for all the reasons listed, and the boat to DTD is a great perk.

if you are going to DTD several times then POFQ makes sense... there seem to be less kids here then at port orleans riverside

Yes, we take the buses to DTD. Taking a boat is more fun, but not always faster. Even so, in the grand scheme of your vacation you'd likely just be adding several minutes to your transportation time.

We are two adults and prefer POR to POFQ. We think POR has the best food court on property and is much larger than the POFQ food court. When we visited POFQ for breakfast, it was crowded and we had to eat in the lounge. We also found the one bus stop at POFQ to get very crowded very quickly. Also didn't love the pool theme at POFQ.

Wherever you decide, keep a close eye on the refurb schedule. We stayed at POR late September/early October and the POR hot tub was closed for maintenance the whole time. They presumable do this during this time because it's a slow time of year and also very warm.

For the POFQ recommenders... Do they let you stay in the Hot Tub as long as you want or do they kick you out?

How late is the pool bar open?

The pool bars at POR & POFQ open at 11:30 am and close at dusk.

I'm not 100% about the hot tub, but I think it's open 24 hours.

I've stayed at all 4 and my favorite is POFQ. It's nice that it is smaller. I didn't use the pool/hot tub at any so I can't comment on that. My least favorite was CSR. Didn't care for the decor or the food court setup.
