Best moderate for a solo trip

This is by far my favorite resort. It's tiny, quiet, good atmosphere. They are great at getting the families on 1 side and adults on the other. Quick boat ride to downtome if your going to do your solo foodie needs there. One of the CMs said their further rooms is closer to the buses than the closest room everywhere else and I would believe that. It's hard for me to not book this place. Only reason I'm trying another next trip is it was not an option for free dining.

I've never stayed at a Mod solo, but my favourite mod is POFQ! The gardens and the river are so pretty, and it's a small resort and well-lit, so your room will never be far from the main building.

Free dining isn't worth it to me as I am not a big eater especially when travelling solo. I got 10 nights at AS Sport for $758 which I thought was very good. When I am at my resort it is either to watch some TV or to sleep so I am happy with a value. I bring some food with me for breakfast and some udon noodle pots for an easy lunch or dinner in my room if I feel like it.
