Best method to leave positive feedback for hotel cast members

Hi all,

I've got a question regarding leaving feedback for cast members working on the front desk for the resort. I've had a really positive experience which I want to leave some good feedback for her, but I'm not sure what is the best way to leave it, whether it is submitting a paper form on the front desk or go to the website.

I recently emailed positive comments about a CM at Contemporary. In the title I noted the Resort and Dates of my stay. I received a response within a day that stated Contemporary Management would share my comments with the CM.

I did this several times during the summer and got some great photos of the CMs, with their tweet enlarged, looking very pleased! I found out their manager is contacted and the tweet put in their employee file

It sounds like you are still on property? If you are I would go to the Front Desk and ask to speak to the supervisor of the particular CM (custodial, food and beverages, front desk,etc) and tell them directly, that way the CM gets recognized right away and also write an email when you get back home so it's documented at the email address that hiromyhero shared

I loved all the CMS at both resorts I stayed at. They were magical, friendly and just all around fantastic. I also feel all the CM's in the parks were above average. totally exceptional... I would love to make a comment about all the staff...where should I do that?
Recently I see they are getting bad rap on these boards. I found each and everyone over zealous

If you go to guest relations at the parks they have cards for leaving feedback about CMs. Make sure you remember their name & when/where they were working. I've done it quite a few times. There was a safari driver that went well out of his way to be sure we had an enjoyable trip when he was headed on a break as we got off. He took his free time to chat with us. Great guy!
