I have a family member who is very restricted with salt and she does great at Disney. We pretty much eat at TS restaurants. On our DS night in November we had an early dinner at The Edison.

a lot will depend on what is ordered seasonings and sauces can be left off of somethings like meats and fish but pasta dishes as an example I would guess not as much. with the veggie pizza it would depend on the sauce used and not sure how that could be changed
