Hopefully this will be helpful for planning for those who eat LCHF:

Top marks go to the fajita platter I had at Pecos Bill. I dumped all the rice and gave the tortillas and most of the black beans to my DD, piled on cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole from the toppings bar. Even sharing the chicken and beef with DD, I had more than enough food to walk away stuffed. Yum!

Second place would go to the bacon-wrapped meatloaf meal at Wolfgang Puck Express. They graciously allowed me to have the cauliflower puree side instead of the mashed potatoes. Very tasty and just the right amount of food.

Third place was the taco salad at the All Star Music food court. I didn't eat the fried tortilla bowl but they filled the inside with taco-spiced chicken, lettuce, black olives, salsa, cheese, sour cream, and guac.

Fourth place was the grilled salmon on salad with lots of creamy dressing that I had several times at various quick service restaurants.

Overall, it is easier at WDW quick service to avoid/dump the extra carbs than it is to get enough fats to maintain LCHF. On the plus side, I managed the whole week of QS without eating a single burger, hot dog, or chicken nugget.

Going without the dog/nugget/burger along is a major feat by itself!

I liked Peso Bill's during our last visits to WDW and reading about the Fajita setup got me even more excited to go.

Did you find any other good eats at the other resorts? We're only there 4 days so won't be hitting Disney Springs.

I didn't visit other resorts on this trip, unfortunately. Epcot has a good amount of variety for quick service. The best salmon I had was at Sunshine Seasons. Liberty Inn at the America pavilion has a strip steak plate that is ok - the steak is way overcooked for my taste but they do provide a seasoned butter to top it with. It comes with broccoli which was appreciated because green vegetables are hard to come by at the QS places outside of salads. They also were willing to switch out the fries for another side. . .I think I got the apple slices that they normally serve with the kid meals.

Thanks! It's definitely possible to do LCHF but when you're hungry, pressed for time, or.stressed, you tend to cave and reach for the closest tempting meal. So this helps a lot! It's a nice, short go-to list to help get through!
