Best location (closest to attractions) for a villa

We have always stayed at Indian Point - and although we love the area we are looking maybe for something a little closer to the attractions for our trip next year - any suggestions would be appreciated.

we have stayed on the 27 but found it not so convenient, we like to try and stay near the 192.

We got back in May and stayed at Formosa Garden, and really happy with the location, nice and close to Disney and all the bits on 192, and not too far from Universal/IDrive etc...

We would stay there again...(last year stayed at Southern Dunes, which was lovely, but too far to travel everyday with kids)...
