Best late night options outside the parks

My husband and I will (fingers crossed) be in Orlando the first week of June. I will be hitting the parks solo, but hubby is working a convention at the Dolphin. Since he's working it, sometimes his schedule can be a little crazy and he won't get out for dinner until 9, sometimes later. So my questions is, where is the best place to eat either at the hotels, Boardwalk, or Downtown Disney that still serve food that late and will be relatively easy to get into. I can't make reservations since I have no idea when he's going to get out to eat.

We're not picky, we're a little adventurous, and budget isn't a huge issue. We basically just looking for somewhere we can get in fairly quickly and has decent food.
