We just booked for May 12-18th, and man, all the good stuff is booked! Any suggestions on good places that you can actually get in to!? LOL!

We are staying at the Grand Floridian. I have 1900 Park Fair booked for dinner, so at least that's a good one. I have 2 girls, ages 7 and 1. My 1 year old is obsessed with Mickey! Late dinners won't work for us, my 1 year old just won't make it!

Thanks for the suggestions!

Not sure exactly what you like to eat or what type of atmosphere you want but these are a list of restaurants that we like that also should not be hard to get right now.

MK:
Crystal Palace...we like the breakfast buffet much better than the lunch buffet (if you could still get an ADR for before the park opens, then that would be bonus).
Liberty Tree Tavern....we LOVED the lunch here when we dined here in September, we liked it so much that my DD9 asked to come here for her B-day lunch in May.
The Plaza...we had lunch here in September too and we really enjoyed this. It is small so you may or may not get a reservation for a time that you want, but if you can snag this one do it. Also the ice cream desserts are awesome :goodvibes

Epcot:
Chefs De France....love the lunch more than the dinner plus if you can get a time where Remy is there, that is a bonus.

DHS:
50's Prime Time Cafe....great food, great atmosphere, awesome antics, and the desserts are not too bad either....especially the S'mores dessert
Mama Melrose...was a little reluctant to try this last March but was pleasantly surprised how wonderful the food and how awesome the service was. We liked it so much that we have the Fantasmic Package here in May.

At the Resorts:
Cape May Cafe Breakfast at BC....one of our favorite character meals and a must do each trip....the food, service, character interaction, and atmosphere are all outstanding.
Whispering Canyon Cafe at WL....if you like BBQ then you will LOVE this place, plus their antics are hilarious.

Of course we have must dos each trip, but those are ones that will be nearly impossible for you to try and get (Le Cellier, Akershus breakfast (try for this one you may be able to get something here), California Grill, and Yachtsman's Steakhouse). Hope this helps you out a bit. I would go to allears.net and check out the different menus before deciding. Have an awesome trip :goodvibes

If you go onto disney restaurant reservations and just put in the time you want to eat, the date and the number in your party it gives you a list of restaurants with availability.

Searched a couple of your dates quickly. I saw Akershus, CP, Cape May and 'Ohana character breakfasts. Dinners at CP, Akershus, Kona and GFC, Chefs de France, LTT and many others.

Lots of these were for the earlier times too. Not sure exactly which places you are interested in, but like someone else said, put in your date and time and it will pull up all locations.
