Best lake view rooms at BLT

DW and I will be staying at a studio in BLT lake view.

Is there a specific area of the resort that I should request? (Where are the best lake view studio rooms?)

Also, if I do online check in, will I be able to select a specific room then, or is it whatever they give me at that point in time?

Disney is working to reduce or eliminate room requests at check in. It costs them time and money so they came up with online check in.

From what I was told last week, they are starting to restrict the request choices to a list of standard predetermined requests. Those requests are now available to you when you do online check in. MS has told me that they are not allowed to enter free form requests like room numbers or north end of building.

One big problem is that I have had MS tell me that they noted my request when in fact, it wasn't on their list of choices so it never got on the reservation. VWL doesn't have a pool view, SSR doesn't have a DTD view, BCV doesn't have a Epcot view and there are many more.
