Best Lagoon View At Bwi?????

Need info about reg. lagoon view rooms at BWI! Not the concierge level rooms! Were the balconies big enough to sit on? What floor/room# to request???? Love to be able to sit on balcony and people watch!

I don't know that I qualify as an expert but we had an awesome room when we stayed in Aug 02. It was the very last room on the 3rd floor right next to the ESPN Club. Granted, the theme song for Sports Center got a little old but it was part of the atmosphere. The balcony was plenty big with a table and two chairs. We stayed at the WL last June and I was HOMESICK when we visited the Boardwalk. Not to worry-we are headed back Nov 27th!!!

I stay at the BWI at least twice a year and have had both a BW view and quiet view. Granted these have been on the concierge floor, but the BW view rooms are on the lower floors also. You need to be careful because waterview may be the rooms facing courtyard facing rooms that also have a glimpse of the water. The 3rd floor rooms are good as are the3rd floor. The 4th floor rooms above the bakery are considered concierge deluxe rooms, they are just on the lower floor. You could always request a 5th floor room.
