We stayed at the one next to Old Town and kind of got the heebie jeeboies from it, so looking for another relatively inexpensive one that is similar. Thanks!

what was the name?

the Holiday Inn and Family Suities have changed their name and no longer are a bargin.

Have you thought about renting a house? with a crew of 8, that would be my first choice.

Second choice for suites, the Marriott Residence Inn LBV 2 br suites. l king, 2 queen, pullout, kitchen, free bkfst, good location, kinda pricy tho.

Many of us here are using www.skyauction.com with good results. Two weeks ago I stayed for a week at Cypress Pointe Grand Villas near dt disney for $201. total for week thru sky auction l. br unit, could have gotten a 2 br for same price. Do a search on sky auction, lots of info.

Cypress pointe is also available thru www.hotelkingdom.com

herc.

If you're arriving before the official change over in May, the Holiday Inn Family Suites price is not bad. We are staying there next week in a two bedroom kid's suite for $114 per night. The resort has been partially renovated and I'm not sure how much it will go up when complete.

oh my god we stayed there too, it was the days inn suites and it was not good, ants in the kitchen, it was comfy and roomy for a 1 bedroom suite like 55 bucks, but i will not go there again

my friends rent a house not far from Old Town for a really inexpensive price. I can get their information for you if you'd like? They're actually going back in March and will be staying there for the third time. I stayed with them last week, it's a three bedroom house with a sleeper sofa and 1.5 baths... there is a community pool. The kitchen is fully equipped. It was only a few minutes from WDW, they had annual passes, so they didn't have to pay for parking.

We've stayed at the Days Suites also. While we had no problems, we wouldn't go again just because there are so many better options. I would either rent a condo or house depending on how much space you need and whether or not you want a private pool.

Through Skyauction.com, you can get a 2-bed timeshare unit for under $40/nite. We spent a week last month at Orbit One villas for $261 total for the week. We had a beautiful 2-bed, 2-bath unit with full kitchen, washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub in master bath, 3 TVs, VCR, stereo and more. All that for about $37/nite.

You can also rent at places like Windsor Palms. A 2-bed starts around $60/nite, 3-bed for about $75.

Lots of nice options.
