Best Ice Cream

For an afternoon ice cream break, where do you go? Beaches and Cream or Ghirardelli's? Other suggestions welcomed! Looking for the best sundae.

I love Ghiradellis, but I also enjoy Beachs n' Cream, I usually get something
from both while on vaca...but if I had to pick just one it would probably be
Ghiradellis.

Agree 100% with the flowerladee. We go to both (sometimes several times). I'm partial to vanilla malts and Ghiradelli's has them. Both have great ice cream and both are usually crowded. Alot just depends on the mood you're in.

For an afternoon snack, I would say Beaches and Cream. I think it has a better atmosphere for an afternoon sundae. I like Ghiradellis for an evening desert. You can't go wrong either way, however.

heck! your on vacation! if it were me, I'd go to both!!
however, if this is not your chosen option, I would say Beaches and Cream if you've never been there before. I love that place! Save Ghiradelli's for later when you're at DTD anyway!

Everytime we go to Ghiradelli's we're slightly disappointed. Especially when we compare it to the No Way Jose at Beaches & Cream!!!!

You will get faster service at Ghiradelli's and the ice cream is really good. Their chocolate dipped strawberries are outstanding. Beaches and Cream is really good but unless you have enough in your party to get the Kitchen Sink, I would stick with Ghiradelli's. Same good taste. Faster service. Little bit lower price.

HMMMMMMMMMMMmm hasn't disney claimed they can ship anything?? Wonder if I could get a Ghiradelli's sundae shipped to barely Indiana Nearly Kentucky without it melting?? lol
