Best hotel with kids?

We will going to Disney with our almost 1 year old and our almost 3 year old. Our older child is VERY active! Any recommendations for hotels that are child friendly? I would venture to guess that most Disney are...but which are better??

For a smaller resort I would say Port Orleans French Quarter. For a larger, much larger resort, I would say one of the values like Pop.
