What hotel does everyone recommend staying at with a 2.5 yr old little girl? This is our first trip with our little one & we're so excited :yay:. I have stayed at the Caribbean Beach, Coronado, POP, All Star & Port Orleans. I am leaning towards the Art of Animation but we would stay in the Little Mermaid rooms which I hear are far away. What did your kids like?
Thanks!

I have never gone with one that little but I would think the Princess rooms at POR. They are close to the pool and the main building.

My DD liked any resort with a pool at that age. At 2.5 it's less about what your Princess wants and what you want. Your Princess won't really care one way or another.

You need to post this on the Disney Resorts board. This one is for hotels that are not Disney hotels.

My 2 year old "princess" would definitely care, lol. With that in mind -Little Mermaid @ AoA all the way.

If you want on property then a monorail resort would be awesome with a little one that age. When my kids were that age, as long as their was a great pool, they were happy. Swan/Dolphin would be a great choice as well. This is the Orlando board but your hotels seem to all be on property. If you are interested here is a separate forum for On Property Resorts.

Really? Your toddler would care where she stayed? She wouldn't have an AMAZING time at any Disney resort?

The fact is, there are NEVER any discounts for the Little Mermaid rooms so the OP will have to pay rack rate. The OP says in anther post that she's going in November and according to MouseSavers the LM rooms are $171-$198 (Thanksgiving is $218). Personally, if I'm going to pay rack rate for something the least I could get out of it would be the "free dining" promotion (which have NEVER been available in the LM rooms). All Star Movies is $50 less per night rack rate and eligible for "free dining" during the Food and Wine festival. For me, it's a no brainer to save $50 per night and eat for free. So I don't have a clam shell painted behind my bed. So, what? Heck, for the same price as a LM room from 10/10-10/17 ($1091) the OP can rent DVC points at Old Key West and get queen sized beds and 100+ square feet more in space (but no "free dining" with DVC rentals).

@jliucci, here is a list of historic discounts at WDW: https://www.mousesavers.com/historical-information-on-walt-disney-world-resort-discounts/#codetrends
