Where is the best Hot Chocolate and/or Apple cider in DLR and DCA?
( We will be going in the off-season, so the holidays special flavors will no longer be available when we go) it will be cooler when we go, so it would be nice to warm up with hot drinks.

For Hot Chocolate I would head to Ghirardelli in DCA.

We had amazing hot chocolate at Café D'Orleans. It came with a generous dollop of whip cream, and was drizzled with chocolate syrup.

Hot Chocolate...Napa Rose hands down! It is on the winder dessert menu. You can get it in the lounge as well.
