Best Guest Room Questions

Hi, I'm pretty new on vmk and I was just wondering, how do you win the Best Guest room award? I mean, I understand that it's random to a certain point and that you have to have a 'cool' room, lol, but what exactly would someone do to increase their chance of just randomly winning? Wow that was a confusing post... hopefully someone can understand my question.

First of all, you have to get your room on the most popular room list to even be visited by staff. Which of course means that you have to have it pretty full of other people.

That's all I really know about it.
