Best Friend just moved away! Gift ideas???

My best friend just moved 15 hours away with her 5 yr old son. We are both having a hard time with it and I wanted to have some type of gift waiting for her at her new house when she gets there. I can't think of anything that would be meaningful and special. Please help! We have been friends since we were 2yrs old and our children are 5 months apart. We always lived in different states/countries while growing up but we have lived 5 minutes apart for the last 5 years. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Have you looked at the Willow Tree figurines? I know they sell them at the Hallmark stores. When my best friend moved away I bought her one. We used to sit on the benches at baseball and watch our boys and I found one of 2 women sitting on a bench and even the hair color and length was perfect. I gave it to her at dinner before she left and I had her in tears in the restaurant. It was the perfect reminder. They have all kinds of styles.

My daughter has a Precious Moments collection. When we moved to NC, I gave my daughter the one on the left and her best friend the one on the right.

Those Precious Moments figurines are SOOOOOOOOOOO cute!!! OMG I would so get that for her!

I was thinking of one of those Cookies by Design edible bouquets?? I got one once and it was so pretty. They even have Disney ones...lol.

Is she in her own home? If so, a tree! There are usually landscape places in the yellow pages, or a gift certifciate to Home Depot -

its just you never plan on staying some place longer than a year or two, 5 years pass, and well, to have a tree in your yard... you could even mail her dirt from your current yard to mix in her new yard...
