best fish?

My wife likes fish, in particular Salmon, Scallops foloowed by shrimp. Any recomendations for best on site fish dishes on and off site?

As a starter you have to try "Great balls of fire"...they are famouse for them...mmmmmmm

Hubby loves the Salmon from Bahama Breeze.x.

Oceanaire at Pointe Orlando is the hot spot in seafood dining. We've never been disappointed with McCormick & Schmick's at Mall at Millenia, but true seafood aficionados turn their noses up. Bonefish Grill on restaurant row at Sand Lake Road is another in the same vein.

Onsite, Fulton's Crab House at Downtown Disney is just okay, IMHO. Flying Fish Cafe at the BoardWalk is good, but I'd probably have to plump for Todd English's bluezoo at the Dolphin for best onsite seafood experience. Your wife might like the signature Cedar Plank Salmon at Artist Point in Wilderness Lodge.
