Best face mask in heat

This is my new go-to for the parks. Easy breathing. Shaped to keep away from the mouth. Adjustable ear loops. Strap to hang from the neck when removed is built in. Best of all the 2xl actually fits my rather large noggin, and the ear loops don't yank on my ears. I use the v2 line. The originals are semi-transparent, and I didn't want to risk them not being allowed in the parks.
can you tell me where you got them?

My child's teacher, who is in a hot classroom all day, swears by these: https://www.4ocean.com/pages/face-mask-support-frames

I've tried the ones that sit on your face under the mask and hate them, but these clip to the mask and (mostly) don't touch your face. I could see them working well with the chiffon masks! I just ordered a pack of 4 to test them out. Has anyone else tried a clip-in bracket/frame for any of their masks?

I would like to purchase these, is it acceptable i assume to wear in disney world and not see through/mesh? because it's 2 layer so that's good i assume? And also, none of them have nose wires/guards. I am used to a nose guard for eye glass fog. do you have these issues with the chiffons on etsy?

please let us know how they feel. i bought a different type online and they were too cumbersome for me in a mask against my face.

They are thin but it‘s still 2 layers so I’m hoping it‘s acceptable. I saw a couple people mention they had worn them to the parks and I plan on wearing mine there in just a couple days.

I bought these, I don't like them. They make my mask fit horribly. Maybe it's just my face. I have the ones under the masks that Iike a lot, but they move. I bough some silicone frames from amazon, where your mask straps slide through the frame. I like them, but they don't keep it quite as far off my face as the harder plastic that just sits under my mask.

I like the regular surgical masks. Maybe I’m just used to them, as a nurse I wear them all day, but I think they’re the lightest and I like being able to get a new one basically anytime I want/need it.
Yeah, surgical masks are always going to be more breathable and cooler then any kind of cotton mask.

I think either the Old Navy Active ones or the disposable blue ones would be my pick.

We are planning on visiting in August and I know it will be HOT so I am wondering if any of you may have recommendations on masks you've worn in the heat that were more comfortable/breathable than others. Here in PA the masks we wear daily are thicker and close fitting, and while they were not uncomfortable for us last summer here in PA, I imagine it may be a little bit less comfortable when we are out and about all day long in the florida heat and humidity. Not looking to debate masks at all, but genuninely interested in the most comfortable and effective options for August weather in Florida.

Thank you!
We went last August, and ended up buying Disney masks and wearing them most of the time. The key is changing them frequently. Even the paper masks get swampy in the Florida humidity pretty quickly. We changed about every 2 hours. We also brought neck fans which helped some, but our biggest surprise was that DH bought one of the cooling towels the next to last day and it was amazing!! Seriously wish we’d bought it when we first got there. We are going later this month and picked up towels for everyone.
As long as you stay cool, you’ll be amazed how much you forget about the mask because you are into everything else going on at Disney.

I wear a cloth one at home and its the only one that's comfortable around my ears for any length of time. The disposable ones often make my ears sore. I wore the cloth one at Disney and I tolerated it in the heat, but the problem was that it was dirty after the first day. I did try to wash it in the sink and I had a couple cloth ones I switched between, but re-wearing them without proper washing made my face breakout. The disposable ones are inclined to be the lightest, most breathable, and allows you to put a clean and fresh mask on every day. I'd also suggest keeping extra masks in your park bag in case it gets dirty, wet, breaks, etc.

My DW sewed some up for our trip out of t-shirt material, and they were great for our trip, even on the hottest days.

So I just got these a few days ago and I've been trying them out in different masks. I really like them! And I couldn't stand the ones that just sit on my face under the mask. These didn't touch my face at all (although DH says I look like I have a beak, LOL! 🐦). They fit really well on the majority of the cotton masks I wear but there was one mask that the bracket didn't work on at all (wrong size) and they were a little difficult to slide them on - I used a screwdriver to help open it up a little. Those clips may loosen a bit as I keep wearing them. The air was still warmer under the mask than it was outside of the mask, but I didn't have to worry about the fabric so close to my mouth. My new chiffon etsy mask arrives tomorrow so I'll check back once I'm able to try them together!

OKAY!!! MINE ARRIVED TODAY!!! i ordered from the link above, etsy, chiffon. omg this might be my saving grace for the trip!!! and now i'm all worried that even though it's 2 layer mask it's somewhat see thru on a couple of the colors (the solid ones) and i fear i will be stopped and they will tell me it's no good. something else for me to worry about, what else is new....
but if i can wear them and am allowed, the chiffon on etsy at first try seem amazing!!! ahhhh!!!!i'm so excited!!!

Today was our first park day and we both loved the chiffon masks. It was so much easier to breath and my sunglasses never fogged up. My husband sweats pretty hard and was worried that it would stick to his face but it didn‘t. He ranked it as his favorite mask yet.

On a different note, my hubs said that he had to keep chapstick to a minimum because it makes the fabric stick to his lips. I didn’t have that problem but my mask sits a little looser on my face so maybe that’s why.

I found the solid ones can look more sheer...but it’s not very noticeable once you’re wearing it. I bought a few patterned ones and those are what we brought to the parks. I also brought a backup mask with me, just in case they said my mask didn’t pass but so far so good.

Do you remember which seller had the masks that worked in the parks? The first or second link you shared? We're going (finally!) in August and I know it's going to be HOT lol.

Sure. I’ve worn two from this seller so far.

I‘ve worn both the pink watermelons and the blue (colorful) dandelions so far (#15 & #16). My husband has been wearing the blue camo (#3).

I recommend buying one mask to see how it fits. The standard size fit my hubby fine but was too loose on me (and kept touching my mouth). I reached out and asked if she could resize my mask to 8”x5” (an inch less in both directions) so it fit me better. I already had a chiffon mask, from another seller, that fit me perfectly so that’s what I based my size request off of.
