Next march we will be traveling to WDW with my then 16 month old nephew. I booked the casual and interesting meals in the other parks (crystal palace, rainforest, 50's Prime time) to keep him busy. I am stumped on epcot. Out side of Norway or Coral Reef most restaurants are kind of sedate and I dont know if he will sit through dinner without entertainment. What places worked for you?

Tepan Edo could either be a great idea for him, or a horrible one! Some kids love watching the chef at work, and some are scared to death of it....

I was going to suggest Teppan Edo as well. Of court it does depend on your child. I think the chef is pretty interesting there. Wouldn't suggest Coral Reef. After the fish swim by for 10 minutes its pretty much the same thing....

Biergarten! My kids loved it when they were that age (and still do) and last trip we were seated with a little guy about that age who also enjoyed it. There is music and dancing ... the opposite of sedate!

I too would recommend Biergarten......their is alot of activity and noise level is good.....plus at dinner they have the music and entertainment for anyone to enjoy...especially little people..

I also recommend Biergarten. During the shows you nephew can go out on the dance floor with the other kids.

Definitely Biergarten. Fun, lively entertainment with the added bonus of being a buffet, so he eats for free.
