I don't know if this is my best tip but it's A tip
Get your Detective agency card early in the trip. On sea day the line gets worse because that's when everyone wants to do it.
I think there are 2 stations where you can sign up and get your card. But the one on Deck 5 was the only one stocked with the cards when we tried to get ours on sea day.
It's a lot of fun. You've got to try it.

Bring a hair dryer! according to several women in the spa, the stateroom dryers do not heat up.

This is not true.
The hairdryers in the staterooms DO heat up. The key is to ensure you plug the hair dryer into the PROPER outlet!!!!! The hair dryer has a unique round plug with round prongs. If you plug it into the regular outlet by the desk, it will operate and it will blow air but not hot air. If you plug it into the special round plug (that matches the shape of the plug) also located at the desk it will work correctly and blow HOT air.
Learned this my accident when I plugged it into a regular plug one day.![]()

It's a mystery game where you try to solve one of 2 crimes, puppy napping or missing paintings. You pick up your scannable card from the station and then go around to the interactive arts to get your clues. The art will scan your card and gives you your clue.
Then you go on to the next art and so on.
Then after so many clues it asks you if you can guess your Villain.
Really cute... we did the painting one. Next time we'll try the puppy one.

It is true according to the long line of ladies in the spa that preferred that 1 hair dryer over the 1 in the stateroom
If dry hair is important to you, I recommend taking your own.
