Here are my choices.....
Best overall - Narcoossee's
Buffet - Boma is the only buffet we do. Just not a fan of buffets....
Quick service - Wolfgang Puck Express in Disney Springs
Table service - Tie between Sanaa and The Wave (hidden gem, IMO)

Not counting Victoria and Alberts, I think Narcoossees is the best table service.

Not a fan of buffets so we don't do them and counter service...I don't have one that's a must or that's a nay. We mostly do table service.

Thanks so much - I love the people on Disboards! It's actually our DS graduating in December this year from Park University (here in the Kansas City area) with a degree in Software Engineering. Our boys grew up going to Disney World, and it was always their first choice for graduation trips, much to mom and dad's delight! We have trips 26, 27 and 28 planned at this point for May, December and May of 2017, so you could say we're addicted. Thanks again!!!!

I want to know What is the Best Disney Restaurant? Honestly I haven't been to a lot of the high end ones (think just California Grill, and I was not that impressed), but as others have mentioned, I have heard great things on Narcosse, and was really impressed by Morimoto when we were there last time (if that counts as Disney).

What is the Best Disney Buffet Restaurant? Depends a bit (character or no), but I really like Cape May Cafe and Biergarten

What is the Best Disney Quick-Service Restaurant? Wolfgang Puck Express and the Boardwalk Bakery are my top 2.

What is the Best Disney Table-Service Restaurant? The Wave was really good. I also really like the Captain's Grille.

My favorite buffet is Biergarten - more so for the atmosphere than the food, though I like the food.
Favorite quick service is Flame Tree BBQ.

This is based on just one trip, and we didn't get to try nearly as much as we would have liked(who does, though?), and we didn't try a buffet during that trip. But...

What is the Best Disney Quick-Service Restaurant? Katsura Grill in WS. I've raved about it being a great spot for watching the lights come on after sunset before, but the food was excellent. My wife talked me into trying udon noodles, and it's now a regular thing back home.
What is the Best Disney Table-Service Restaurant? The Wave. I agree this is a real hidden gem, from the atmosphere and service to the food and drinks, I just can't say enough good things about this place. The swordfish is incredible, and for some reason I kept raving about the croutons that came with the dish. If you haven't tried it, it's worth the trip. Plus it's all sustainable and pretty healthy to boot. This is going to be our regular special place for our trips down.
