Best Discount on Disney Cruise???

What would be the best place to book a cruise to get the most discounted rate? What about the difference between booking a cruise separate from lodging afterwards? A friend was quoted over 6,000 for a package (4 night cruise and 3 nights at Disney), including airfare (which is only about 1,000 booked separately). This seems awfully high to me so I thought I'd check into it for him and see if I can get something better.

Any thoughts?
