best discount on APs for a family of 5

we will be buying 5 annual passes on saturday 6th August

We have a shareholders card and can get a family discount, can someone please tell me what the best discount we could get, would it be through the family discount, shareholderrs discount or would sponsorship get a better deal.

with a shareholders card, and buying 5 APs of the same type at the same time for family members who are at the same residential address, you are entitled to the 20% family discount plus the 15% shareholders discount, so in total you get 35% off the cost of your APs .

This is the only circumstance where shareholders discount can be added to another discount.

Our salesperson was adament that the offers couldn't be combined, and we had to approach a supervisor to get it sorted out.

Don't mean to hi-jack the thread, but what sort of proof do they require that all 5 live at the same address. My M-I-L has moved in with us.... We pay all the bills. I think the only proof of sharing the address she has is a mail order statement. Do you think they would accept that as proof of same address?

We didn't provide this. Just showed them our passports.

Presumably she has a different surname to the other 4 ?

Proof of address for you and her should be enough.

We will buying new Dream AP's using the shareholders discount on 24 August.

We didn't renew in April as they wouldn't give the 18 months and family discount together (they did in Oct 2009)

So joined the shareholders club to get the additional 15%
