Best dinner time for Crystal Palace???

Hi folks! We're hoping to do Crystal Palace for dinner one evening. Our plan is to head into the park, eat there, then afterward grab a spot for the fireworks and onward to EMH. When would be the best ADR time if we want to snag a good viewing spot after we leave? Thanks!

What time are the fireworks? I think it really depends. I know Wishes could be at 10PM during our trip.
